When will my order Ship?

Your order begins processing within moments. We have ten shipment locations within the United States, so your order will ship from the closest fulfillment center that carries your selection(s).

NOTE: If an item is sold out or unexpectedly backordered, we will contact you about the order and a refund may be issued.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, sometimes less, one your items leaves the warehouse. You will receive tracking information from the time your order is labeled and shipped. If you have not received your order in 7-10 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue for you.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to feel confident in your selections. Should something arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please let us know ASAP so we can help make it right. We will work directly with our suppliers to either issue a refund, replacement, or other means of remedy.

When will I receive my Refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after the item has been received by our team.

Where are you located?

Bad Harvest is based out of New York, New York. However, our network of artisans, suppliers, and warehouses are throughout the United States. This allows for faster shipments to our customers.

Is your packaging branded or discrete?

Bad Harvest offers a curated selection of premium home goods sourced from various suppliers, artisans, and warehouses. We prioritize quality and swift delivery above all, so packaging colors and logos may vary due to our diverse warehouse network.

What in-person services do you offer?

Bad Harvest can be your source for unique products and gifts, your new co-host for upcoming get togethers, or offer personalized resources for your unique event or hosting needs. These services are completely customizable and more information can be found on our "services" page.
